The band of precipitation moving eastward across Alabama is not quite as wide as earlier this evening.

Based on radar, most of it seems to have ended over the north 2/3 of Mississippi and in Extreme Northwest Alabama, places like Marion, Franklin, Colbert, Lauderdale and Lawrence County.

But a note of caution, sometimes there is lingering light flurries too light to be detected by radar. Be SURE and scroll down and read the Special Weather Statement from NWS, Huntsville.

This whole system is moving rather quickly.

We will try to post another list of actual spot reports by around 9:30 pm, using 9 pm official observations and the always faithful 33/40 Skywatcher reports.
