At 701 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fort Benning/Lawson Army Air Fld, or 9 miles south of Phenix City,
moving southeast at 20 mph.
Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include…
Fort Mitchell Activity Center, Uchee Creek and Fort Mitchell.
