At 348 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary
created by thunderstorms to the north, along a line extending from
Lynchburg to near Cowan. Movement was southwest at 20 mph.
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with this boundary.

Winchester, Fayetteville, Lynchburg, Decherd, Cowan, Huntland,
Skyline, Tims Ford Lake, New Market and Anderson.
