…Significant Weather Advisory for Patchy Dense Fog…
Patchy Dense Fog has developed, especially within in some river
valleys of southern middle Tennessee and north Alabama. This includes
portions of highway 72 and I-59 in northeast Alabama and highway 64
in southern middle Tennessee. Visibility of 1/4 mile or less in
some areas can be expected.
Motorists are urged to drive with extreme caution, as visibilities
will vary significantly given the patchy nature of the fog. Use low
beams, reduce driving speed, and allow for plenty of room between you
and other cars.
The fog should begin to dissipate by 8 am.
