thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area.

Gadsden, Anniston, Oxford, Talladega, Jacksonville, Rainbow City,
Attalla, Piedmont, Hokes Bluff, West End-Cobb Town, Cobb Town, Fort
McClellan, Saks, Lincoln, Glencoe, Weaver, Riverside, Sardis City,
Munford and Ohatchee.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
