NWS Birmingham expands the area of the Severe Thunderstorm Watch to include Lee and Russell counties.
Those counties have been added to Autauga, Bibb, Bullock, Calhoun, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa counties until 7:00 pm this evening.
