As a way of saying “thank you ” to our underpaid summer interns, we take them on a lunch adventure every year on Alabama roads less traveled. Today we wound up at Jim’s Pit BBQ near Billingsley, which is between Maplesville and Prattville on U.S. 82, and long time readers know this is my favorite BBQ joint in the state. Thanks to Stephanie Frost, Leah Dailey, and Scott Gunter for their help, and spending some time with us this summer.
