Small patches of light rain still showing up on radar across North and Central Alabama. Don’t know for sure how much of that is reaching the ground, but probably very little.

However,a line of showers continues to advance eastward into NW Alabama. There is a bit of thunder and lightning in that line but that has decreased slightly. (There never was a whole lot of lightning and thunder) The showers are moderate in intensity…a few heavy showers.

At 3:45 pm, the line extended from near Athens to Moulton, Hamilton and Sulligent. They will continue eastward–moving toward Decatur, Huntsville, Hartselle and Double Springs.
