It is not Dean nor Noel, but Tomas is stirring up some waves off the coast of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This pictures were taken from over a mile away from the crashing of the waves. As you can see, the sun maybe shinning, but the waves are still pretty impressive. After 19 storms went around us this year and cause little to no affect on the island, number 20, Tomas, is testing waters south of us.
Taken around lunch time yesterday. Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Tropical Storm Tomas. Carol Scott took the photos.”
