The tornado watch has been canceled for the following Central Alabama Counties: Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry and Sumter
The tornado watch is extended to include: Blount, Cherokee, Etowah, Marion and Winston till 8:00 PM CDT
The tornado watch continues for Barbour, Bullock, Calhoun, Chambers, Clay, Cleburne, Fayette, Jefferson, Lamar, Lee, Macon, Pickens, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa and Walker till 8:00 PM CDT.
A new probably severe thunderstorm watch is likely for the Tennessee Counties of North Alabama soon as well. Redevelopment is occurring over parts of North Central Alabama as we enter the next phase of this event.
