Band of storms still in progress from Walker County southeast across Shelby and Central Talladega County.
Movement was toward the southeast. One of the stronger storms was near the city of Roanoke.
Fortunately, no severe thunderstorm warnings so far. However, the NWS issued an Areal Flood Advisory for Walker County until 9:30 pm.
