It is a story of some good rain amounts in many communities especially this afternoon while, as usual, other places are still high and dry.
* The more numerous and stronger storms now are over Southeast Alabama.
Not as many storms over North Alabama and and not as strong. However, still a nice group of storms moved over into NE Alabama where they were declining in strength.

* An observer in Gadsden reported 1.40 inches of rain in the vicinity of the Gadsden Country
