A cluster of showers and thunderstorms has taken all morning moving slowly SW across Central Alabama. At 12:35 pm, here is where they are.
* From South Tallapoosa County, they extend SW to just north of Montgomery and then SW to the Dallas/Wilcox County line.. Still not an excessive amount of lightning.
* Two areas of heavy rain. (1) Across South Tallapoosa County and (2) South Dallas and North Wilcox County between Selma and Camden. There has been some flood reports in the heavier rain (see the earlier post by James)
* Two smaller showers have developed, one over SW Talladega County and a new one over SE Tuscaloosa County near the Bibb County line.
