The Weather Service has cancelled the warning for Lamar County. it continues for Fayette County.
For the big picture, a line of strong storms continues tonight from southeastern Morgan County through northwestern Cullman, Winston, northwestern Walker, northwestern Fayette and Central Lamar Counties.
It is pushing southeast.
The line should reach areas from the City of Tuscaloosa up to western Jefferson County by 8:30-8:45 p.m., crossing Jefferson County and into Shelby County over that next 45 minute period.
Isolated severe wind gusts are possible with the stronger storms. The strongest wind indication was passing Fayette, heading toward Berry, but it has definitely weakened a bit.
