Heads Up Pickens, Sumter, Gree...

Folks in West Alabama’s Pickens, Sumter and Greene Counties need to be alert as the intense line of storms that extends from west of Macedonia, to Brooksville to west of Philadelphia moves into Alabama.

Folks from Emelle, Epes and Forkland north through all of northern Sumter, northern Greene and all of Pickens Counties into Fayette County need to be alert as this line approaches.

It has the potential to produce damaging winds, along with hail, torrential rains and deadly lightning.
