Our friends in Greensboro and Demopolis need to making preparations now for hail to the size of hens eggs.
Golfball size hail just reported at Bluffton in Sumter County. This is 1.75 inches in diameter.
Radar is indicating 3 inch hail is a good possibility. That is the size of baseballs.
Here is the radar:
Demopolis and Forkland will see the large hail by 7:10-7:15. It will reach Greensboro, Newbern and Uniontown at 7:20-7:30.
Be in safe shelter. Large hail can cause injuries.
