There are a few widely scattered showers and storms across Central Alabama this evening.
The most prominent ones are in East Alabama over Clay, Randolph and southern Cleburne Counties. The healthiest ones are between Wedowee and Ashland. There is a heavy shower just west of Anniston.
Further south, there are storms near Union Springs, with showers near Luverne.
Widely scattered showers extend from Sumter, Greene and Hale Counties east northeastward back into Talladega County. From there you can connect the dots back to the East Alabama storms. The connection will be our old dying stationary front.
Everything will die out slowly after sunset.
