Scattered showers continue across Alabama late tonight. We also note that some lightning has developed over West Central Alabama.

To our west, the atmosphere is becoming more unstable and the NWS/SPC is looking at the possibility of a watch for much of North Mississippi.

Wednesday is the big action day for Alabama but there is an outside chance that we could get a warning before daybreak.
