At 2:45 PM CDT, Doppler Radar Was Tracking A Couple Of Strong Thunderstorms In The Advisory Area. The Most Intense Cell Was Located 7 Miles East Of Morgan City, Or 11 Miles North Of Arab, With Another Storm Of Similar Strength Located 5 Miles Northeast Of Grant.
