Hot, Humid Weekend Ahead With A Few Scattered Storms

HOT, HUIMD SUMMER WEATHER: The weather looks pretty routine for the holiday weekend across Alabama with hot, humid days, a partly sunny sky, and the risk of a “pop up” type thunderstorm during the afternoon and evening hours, generally between 1:00 and 9:00 p.m. Odds of any one spot getting wet today are only 10-20 percent, around 30 percent tomorrow, and 40 percent Sunday. The afternoon storms will be random and scattered, no way of knowing in advance exactly when and where they pop up. Continue reading →
