SPC has introduced a “marginal risk” of severe storms for the far eastern part of the state, as new model data suggests sufficient instability for a few strong thunderstorms there tomorrow afternoon. Clouds thicken tomorrow night, and Thursday looks wet with occasional rain throughout the day. We won’t get out of the 60s Thursday due to clouds and rain. Then, on Friday, we expect some sun during the day, but a few showers are possible Friday afternoon and Friday evening ahead of an approaching cold front. Moisture will be pretty limited, and rain amounts should be light. Continue reading
