I continue to be baffled why any risk of wintry weather brings out the trolls, haters, and know-it-alls. You have probably seen their comments.
TROLLS: People that roam from blog to blog being chronically negative. Everything is stupid, ignorant, or lame. Nothing positive to say; they will talk bad about people, places, and things.
HATERS: These pretty much hate most people, but they especially loathe meteorologists. Pure hate in their heart. Personal attacks are their specialty.
KNOW-IT-ALLS: Amateur weather forecasters that have never been wrong. They know more than any other blog commenter or meteorologist. If we say no snow accumulation, they will predict many inches. If we say there will be accumulation, they say not a chance. Funny how these vanish after every winter weather event…. but they should up again a few days before wintry weather is expected.
While we do allow the trolls, haters, and know-it-alls to comment, we do not allow the spread of misinformation, personal attacks, or anything else that is harmful in a tangible way.
I do wish the trolls, et al a Merry Christmas. God loves them too, you know.
