Sales: Lake Martin waterfront sales totaled 23 units during November, a 76.9 percent increase from the same period in 2016. Sales for November 2016 on Lake Martin’s waterfront totaled 13 units. Year-to-date sales on the waterfront are up 14.4 percent from the same period in 2016.Supply: The Lake Martin waterfront housing inventory in November was 189 units, a decrease of 16.4 percent from November 2016 and 64.4 percent below the November peak in 2008 of 531 units. November inventory decreased by 8.2 percent from September.
