Derek reports intense CG lightning in the Old Cahaba area near Helena. has lasted for past 20 minutes.
John Talbot reports Alabaster FD is reporting brush fire behind First Commercial Bank on Highway 119.
These storms are spreading south/southeastward toward Calera.
