At 346 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty winds ahead of a
line of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Riverchase
to near Heiberger. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.
Gusty winds will occur well ahead of the thunderstorms. Pea size
hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with the storms.

Southwestern Birmingham, Hoover, Alabaster, Bessemer, Pelham, Helena,
Hueytown, Calera, Fairfield, Montevallo, Brent, Columbiana, Marion,
