LAMAR COUNTIES UNTIL 145 PM CDT…
At 1255 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Tremont to 6 miles west of
Weston to 6 miles west of Detroit. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.
Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Hamilton, Detroit, Weston, Henson Springs, Byrd, Pine Springs, Bexar,
Pigeye, Marion County Public Lake, Shottsville, Rankin Fite Airport
and Pikeville.
