At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Emerald Mountain, or 7 miles southeast of Wetumpka, moving east at 15
mph.
Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include…
Northeastern Montgomery, Tallassee, Milstead, Shorter, Emerald
Mountain, Mount Meigs, Tysonville, Victoryland, Waugh, Brassell, Ware
and Mitylene.
