The marginal severe weather threat continues ahead of our pre-frontal line of thunderstorms. Some counties have been cleared.
Tornado Watch has been canceled for Greene, Hale, Marengo, Pickens, Sumter and Tuscaloosa Counties.
The Watch continues for Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Dallas, Jefferson, Lowndes, Perry and Shelby Counties till 5:00 PM CST.
John DeBlock from the NWS reports there is discussion about continuing the watch for a period for some of the counties ahead of the line past its current expiration which is scheduled at 5 p.m.
