Nothing like a little tropical storm in the backyard on a beach trip…
We are actually enjoying a string of sunny days here on the Alabama coast, but tropical storm Barry is bringing in some king sized waves. Check out the first picture below; I took that yesterday afternoon here in Orange Beach. You might think that shot came from Malibu or something.
I included a couple of shots from our lunch yesterday at Lulu’s; that is Lucy Buffett’s place on the Intracoastal Waterway. In case you don’t know, Lucy is Jimmy Buffett’s sister. We opted for a big bucket of crab claws and a “mountain of fried okra”.
And, the last shot is a look at our SKYCAM that is atop the Phoenix All-Suites, high above the Pink Pony and adjacent to the Gulf Shores Public beach…..
