Could these storms be on the menu for tomorrow morning in North Alabama? See them there over northwestern Tennessee. They have formed over the past couple of hours.
By my calculations, they could reach the Alabama border around 6 a.m. or so and move down into Northeast Alabama during the morning hours.
Even if they do, they should weaken before reaching I-20 around 10 a.m. or so.
They could lay down another outflow boundary like today, mainly south and southeast of Birmingham.
A few storms could develop during the afternoon, but they probably won’t be widespread.
It should be another hot May day across Central Alabama with highs topping out near 90F in some spots.
