The line of showers/storms continues to march toward the SE and now is located near the Anniston-Talladega-Childersburg-Sylacauga-Jemison-Centreville-Greensboro line to SE of Livingston.
Not very strong, but still producing locally heavy rain and strong gusty winds. Not a great deal of lightning.
All of the heavier showers and storms now well to the SE and away from these locations: Eutaw, Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Cullman, Oneonta, Ashville and most of Shelby County.
Cooler air has reached NW Alabama, including the Florence-Tuscumbia-Muscle Shoals area where the 5 pm temperature was 56. To the NW it was a chilly 46 in Memphis and 43 at Jackson, Tenn.
