Very, very few showers in progress over the north half of Alabama early this afternoon. In fact, almost none. Don’t see any lightning.
Scattered showers have developed over the south half of the state mostly south of Montgomery. This includes some thunderstorms over the extreme south.
Movement is toward the southeast.
At noon, temperatures were mostly in the autumn-like (just teasing!) mid 80s over most of North Alabama.
