That line of showers and storms still exists over West Alabama. At 5:40 pm, the line extended from Moulton in NW Alabama southward to Double Springs, Carbon Hill, across East Fayette and West Tuscaloosa County down into Greene, Sumter and Choctaw County.
Overall, not as strong as earlier this afternoon.
Individual showers moving toward the NNE but the line moving rather slowly toward the east.
Out ahead of those, a row of showers in Central Alabama moving northward into Chilton County.
