Local Storm Report by NWS MOB: 1 ESE Gulf Shores [Gmz650 Co, AL] fire dept/rescue reports WATER SPOUT at 01:53 PM CDT — Gulf Shores FD reporting a waterspout offshore.
The NWS in Mobile has issued a tornado warning for Baldwin County for a thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado that is approaching Gulf Shores.
A CONFIRMED waterspout is moving onshore.

A shortwave trough continues to move through Alabama today, so showers and a few thunderstorms are possible statewide. Upper-level ridging returns tomorrow and Tuesday, and rain chances dwindle before another storm system moves through Wednesday, bringing more rain and thunderstorms to Alabama.
