At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Aurora to Jacksonville to near Mount Zion.
Movement was east at 10 mph.
Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these
storms.
Locations impacted include…
Gadsden, Jacksonville, Rainbow City, Attalla, Piedmont, Hokes Bluff,
Glencoe, Sardis City, Leesburg, Reece City, Fruithurst, Edwardsville,
Tennala, Tabor Road, Cherokee Rock Village, Aurora, Pleasant Gap,
Jacksonville State University, Muscadine and Ballplay.
