NWS/Birmingham issued another Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 4 pm for these areas:
* Central Greene County
* North Central Sumter County
The severe thunderstorm was near Gainesville or about 13 miles west of Eutaw and almost stationary.
May produce winds 60 mph with penny size hail.
Another thunderstorm (also dumping very heavy rain) was over NE Greene County and moving slowly east toward Moundville in the north edge of Hale County.
Still other strong storms more to the south. Those were heaviest over North Marengo County between Demopolis and Linden and moving east toward Uniontown in the Perry County Panhandle.
Quite a few showers and storms also over Southeast Alabama.
