Iconic newsman Walter Cronkite passed away today.
Most of us grew up watching him. He was a model of credibility.
His coverage of President Kennedy’s assassination for very moving, and a critical day for television news.
I had the immense pleasure of meeting him a few years ago after he spoke to a meeting that I attended. It was on of the most memorable encounters that I ever had with a celebrity.
We are sorry to see you go Mr. Cronkite.
