Showers and thunderstorms are starting to form across Central Alabama, generally south of I-20.
They are going to be numerous this afternoon in this area.
Watch out for lots of lightning, heavy rain and strong gusty winds.
A big mass of rain and storms is over South Central Alabama…from the Montgomery area back into Southwest Alabama near Monroeville.
The clouds and precip have kept temperatures in the I-20/59 corrdiors down just a bit…current readings are in the lower 80s.
