Our cool front is across Central Alabama this afternoon, now south of Birmingham.
A few storms continue from Marengo and southern Perry Counties into northern Dallas, then skipping over to Autauga and Elmore Counties. There is a shower in Chilton County. Another is moving into Chambers County from Randolph County.
Skies have cleared across the northern third of the state as some drier air aloft works in behind the front.
There may be enough low level moisture left over tonight for a little patchy dense fog later.
Tomorrow should be a dry day over the northern half of the state, with showers limited to the southern half of the state.
