I will be going on our live stream at 3:00 to look at ongoing weather and discuss the weekend forecast. You can access the live stream here on the blog… it is on the left sidebar at the top; you can expand it full screen from there.

Scroll down for the afternoon discussion… but some important points…

*The primary severe weather threat this evening will come from strong straight line winds, but isolated tornadoes are not totally out of the question. The main window for severe weather will come from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m.

*The severe weather threat will begin to diminish tonight as the air becomes more stable, but the threat of heavy rain will continue through the night. Rain amounts of 1 to 2 inches are likely.

*Rain is likely tomorrow, mostly during the morning hours. And, the day will be much cooler with temperatures holding in the 60s all day.

*The best chance of rain Sunday will be down over the southern half of the state.

See you on the live stream at 3:00… (we always have radar on the stream when we are not using it…)
