WATERSPOUT OFF GULF SHORES

Moisture is increasing and the prospect for rain is looking better, especially by this weekend. Beneficial rain for some areas.

Indeed, parts of North and Central Alabama could received between 1.50 and 2,00 inches of rain in the next two to three days.

Isolated showers had formed over NW Alabama this afternoon. Widely scattered ones were across West Central and SW Alabama. The better coverage was from about Perry County southward to include Mobile and Baldwin County.

Lewis Cullen, ABC 33/40 Weather Watcher for Orange Beach reported a WATERSPOUT off Gulf Shores at mid-afternoon. He has received 0.78 rain in Orange Beach today, the greatest one-day amount this year!

Movement was toward the east.
