Most of the strongest thunderstorms that were in Shelby County moved into South Talladega and some into North Chilton. Still raining heavily in South Talladega County
In North Alabama it was pouring rain in South Madison and NW Marshall County.

+ NWS posted a Flash Flood Warning for the south part of the city of Huntsville and South Madison County until 9 pm. It includes South Huntsville, Owens Crossroads, Hampton Cove and Whitesburg. As much as two inches of additional rain could fall within one hour. The Madison County EMA reports flash-flooding underway in the south part of the city of Huntsville and Southern Madison County.
* NWS issued an Urban and Small Stream Advisory for SW Talladega County including Sylacauga and Childersburg. Radar indicates one inch of rain in less than an hour. The advisory is mainly for in and around Childersburg.
