Rain has now ended west of a line from Athens to Cullman to Tuscaloosa to Eutaw and Livingston.
Rain continues in a broad band generally from the Huntsville-Scottsboro area southwestward into Central and Southwest Alabama.
Some (but not all) of the heavier rain at 6 pm was over Coosa, Montgomery and Lowdnes County.
