“Took a trip this weekend and here are some pictures. We met about 10 people from Alabama that traveled for the snow and I was asked to send these pictures to you for your blog. I hope that this gives the snow fans a little smile for the day. Most of these pictures are from the TN/NC border of Interstate 26. Snow ranged of 1-3 inches in the valleys and 3-7 inches in the higher elevations. I encourage anyone who wants to see some snow to visit our friends in Kingsport TN during the next snow opportunity. We stayed at Meadowview Golf Resort. They made us feal very welcome and were very happy to share their snow with us (seemed like the felt bad for us and our long drought).”
