Dumas [Desha Co, AR] trained spotter reports TORNADO at 02:55 PM CST — received report of cars in trees north of dumas on highway 65. time reported is approximate.
This severe storm is now over Phillips County, AR, on the Mississippi River. It is headed toward West Helena, AR and eventually toward Tunica, MS. This storm will pass near or just east of Memphis eventually.
A blizzard is being reported in Sherman County, KS near Goodland, with 3.5 inches of snow and 7 foot drifts.
