A new tornado warning is in effect for NE Chambers county on the Georgia line. It is south of Roanoke, moving NE at 60. Will move into Georgia shortly.

Severe thunderstorm warning for Dallas until 12:45 p.m.
Thunderstorm over Marion County…not severe at this time. Other storms are scattered over eastern Alabama. A funnel cloud was reported in NW Marion County shortly before noon. Has moved into Franklin County.
Dewpoints are now 65F at Tuscaloosa and 60F at Birmningham. Some sun is peeking through in the Tuscaloosa area. The temperature has risen to 75F at Tuscaloosa.

CAPEs are increasing rapidly over Southwestern Alabama…as instability increases. Area from Marion to Montgomery to Evergreen is going to ave to be watched.
