We are in Orlando visiting the Big Rat and checking out some spring training baseball.
On Saturday, we traveled to Winter Haven, spring training home of the Cleveland Indians. They were set to take on the Cincinnati Reds in an interleague spring battle of Ohio.
Spring training is less formal with a great small town feel…
In addition to the stadium, there are six practice fields. Prior to the game, you can stand literally inches away from major league players and major league hopefuls.
