A thunderstorm developed over West-Central Alabama this afternoon, but dissipated along the Tuscaloosa-Pickens County line.
A few other showers developed this afternoon over NE Alabama and also a few isolated thunderstorms.
The National Weather Service in Huntsville posted a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for SE Marshall County until 3 o’clock. It was located near Albertville and moving slowly NE. It may have penny-size hail and could produce winds in excess of 60 mph.
