It has been a heartbreaking night that will go down in the history books in South Central Kansas tonight with a long lived, tornadic supercell traversing the area and causing lots of damage and injuries.
The town of Greensbug has been hard hit. Rescue efforts are in full swing. Ambulances have gone to Dodge City (45 miles aways) and Pratt.
The city of Great Bend is under the gun, as is the town of Ellinwood.
This will be my last report of the evening. Many of you from around the country have emailed me directly trying to find informaiton. I encourage you to listen to KSN Wichita, which is providing fine coverage on the internet.
