Some of the east Alabama thunderstorms that were moving slowly toward the SW have now curved more toward the west.
But ever so slowly and erratic at times..
In no hurry at all.
Shortly after 4 o’clock, a list of some of the stronger storms:
* Western Calhoun County
* North talladega County
*South Talladega County, near Sylacauga
* Central Coosa County
* North Cleburne County north of Heflin
* Extreme NE Cullman County
* Extreme North Blount County
* Jackson County near Scottsboro
* NWS/Huntsville continues a Flash Flood Warning forf Limestone County until 4:30
* Small hail reported within the hour 5 miles north of Sycamore in Talladega County.
* No Severe Thunderstorm Warnings in effect as of 4:05
While the radar looks impressive, if we could lump or clump all of the thunderstorms in the state together, the percentage of the land area getting rain would be rather small.
